The Legacy
Founded in the year 1988 by Sri B. Nagi Reddy, Nu-tech ventured into the market with construction of small independent houses essentially for individuals. Today it has grown and transformed into a highly reputed property developer of IT parks, residential apartments, townships and individual villas.

NAGI REDDY
Chairman & Managing Director
He was the visionary who built Nu-tech brick by brick for over 30 years transforming the company from constructing independent villas to developing large townships, IT parks, premium housing etc.
He had graduated with a civil engineering degree from The Crescent Engineering College in 1988.
He started Nu-tech with great passion to provide quality housing for the people of Chennai City.
B. Nagi Reddy well known for his simplicity, transparency, discipline and kindness was trusted by all for his integrity. He strongly believes in giving back to the society. He is currently involved in a number of philanthropic activities.
TEJ REDDY
Managing Director
Brings with him phenomenal real estate and fund management experience. Worked in some of the World’s largest private equity giants such as Colony Capital in New York and Brookfield Asset Management in Mumbai.
He is very passionate about entrepreneurship and business. He is a member of ‘Chennai Angels’ that invests in high growth startups in India.
He has completed his Master’s degree from Cornell University in the US after his graduation in Civil Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy.
He has recently taken the reigns of Nu-tech and is currently looking after Acquisitions and Development.
